Whether you are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant or recently had your baby I hope I can be of some help.
Here’s a little bit about me…
I’ve enjoyed over 30 years experience of working with women in pregnancy and mothers and babies; as a midwife, health visitor and laterly as a teacher of yoga. I am a mother and grandmother (my greatest lessons!). I offer Doula Services, teach Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth classes and Postnatal Recovery Yoga Classes. Online live , interactive Calm Birth Preparation Classes for couples and private sessions are also available . I am also available for 1to1 Fertilty support through yoga or HypnoBirthing.
I teach HypnoBirthing – the Mongan Method birth preparation courses to groups and couples.
I am passionate about women and their partners being fully prepared to birth consciously whether or not the birth is “natural” or assisted; for women and their partners to have a calm, confident birth with no regrets, and baby enter the world in a gentle way.
This baby will only be born once – be curious…
I have a Dru yoga diploma and 500hr Yoga Teaching Diploma with the Anahata School of Yoga. I am also a tutor with the Anahata School where I teach anatomy & physiology and therapeutics, and teach the Anahata School of Yoga Yoga for Pregnancy Teacher Training Module.
