Online, Live, Interactive Zoom Class – First Introductory Class FREE
Tuesday Mornings 10-11.15am from 12th May

Your first Introductory Class is offered FREE to help you get over any fears you may have over the technology, or how it might work with baby present.

In the Postnatal Recovery Yoga class we use movement, balancing strengthening and restorative poses, healing breath work and meditations to help you recover and build both physical and inner strength following pregnancy and birth.

This class is all about you – although baby is welcome to be in your care during the class. If you miss anything as you respond to your baby’s needs don’t worry, I will be sending out links to the class video (teacher view only) so you can go over anything again in your own time.

In the postnatal period you are still in the healing weeks/months on the road to recovery. You will have different needs than offered in a regular yoga class.

We start building strength from within, creating the building blocks to allow safe progression in your healing journey.

• strengthen your back, abdomen and pelvic floor muscles
• release tension in your neck/shoulders
• improve posture
• release stress and promote relaxation

Classes are suitable anytime after your 6 week check if all is well. If you have had a Caesarean Birth 8 weeks. Please check with your GP that you are considered fit to attend .

Cost: £42 for a 6 week block Spaces Strictly Limited.
(if financially challenged due to Covid-19 please message me. We can sort something out)
